Everything that you did to assist with Jane’s funeral went so smoothly, so professionally, that we couldn’t have possibly hoped for any more. From that first contact, right through the discussions about the arrangements, and to the service itself, everything went like clockwork. Quiet, friendly - but not too familiar – just the right amount of care, consideration, empathy, sympathy and respect for all involved. Thank you for the bottom of all of our hearts.
