If you're planning to have a gathering after the funeral ceremony, then you will need to organise a venue to host. This could be somewhere your loved one frequented or enjoyed, or something with sentimental value. Others also choose to host at their homes.

From village halls to pubs and restaurants, many venues are equipped to host a wake. Take into consideration if the venue can cater or if you will need to arrange this separately.
Considerations
Venues with in-house kitchens will be able to simply cater the event, but those without will require external food to be delivered and set up. We can help you organise this.
Typically, as a part of the order of service and previous communications about the ceremony, details of the wake location and timings will be included.
